This was my 1st visit with my young daughter and although Luis wasn't in any way rude or bad at his job I felt unhappy when we left. Reasons- they were running late by about 10 mins and I felt our appointment was rushed to make up time. My daughters hair was left wet at the end and when I asked him to dry he said something along the lines of it'll spoil the style?
I didn't feel Luis was very child friendly, he could have smiled more and spoken friendly to my child, he came across a bit grumpy.
