Booked in for men’s haircut & wash. Did a horrible haircut and didn’t wash the hair. Upon questioning her why she didn’t do a wash she said we generally don’t wash hair. Then why do you charge for cut and wash?

Salon was quiet, staff attentive, but did not honour the price advertised on TreatWell ... apparently the deal was incorrect. But I still had a decent wash/cut/blow-dry for less than the standard price.
