Turned up they told me they were fully booked when I gave them my name even though I’d made an appointment. They were running 35 mins late for my appointment, no apology. Told them hairdryer was burning my head several times but didn’t amend the technique. Asked for volume bouncy blow dry and it was flat as a pancake by the time I left the shop. Classic example of you get what you pay for.

Terrible haircut. Asked for a trim of around 1 inch, she cut more than 3 inches off. So disappointed. AVOID SUPERCUTS WOKING HENRY PLAZA.
