Mixed review - i loved the cut, but very disappointed in highlights. Having brought in photos, my hair couldn't have looked more different to them. A half head and cut ( the cut took minutes) was over 3.5 hours - much longer than I have had anywhere else before. The manager was lovely though, and did try and rectify.

The hairdresser didn’t understand my request to keep the length but copy the jaw line layer that had been there before but just needed tidying up. She cut my whole hair to jaw line length after I’d been growing it for 2 years. I will not be returning

Overall, a great salon with friendly staff who were very accommodating of me as a hijabi, which I really appreciated. However, my stylist burnt me twice with the hairdryer, and on two separate occasions my hair got so tangled in the round brush that she had to untangle it and tear it free. I was also told a curly blow-dry wasn’t possible because my hair was too long, despite having had them before. Overall, I left disappointed with the styling experience.
