I didn’t feel like she listened to me at all. A lot more was cut off than I had wanted. I stated no layers and during the haircut she started sectioning and to create layers, too which I had no too state no. My hair was also left wet underneath, she could not be bothered to finish it off. I won’t be returning. I’m also so upset that I feel I have lost my identity by her taking to much off the length of my hair, for me it is so short.

I had a fantastic experience at Supercuts and will not hesitate to come back. Najoua is an amazing stylist and did a perfect job not only cutting my hair but I also left the salon with the blow out of my dreams.
Excellent shampoo service as well with comfy/massage chairs as well as I had a moisture treatment which did wonders for my hair.
