My haircut experience was fantastic and my comments were well considered. I was listened to and checked in with regularly about if I was comfortable and happy with the cut, this open feedback channel meant I got the haircut I came in hoping for and was very pleased with the result after being very nervous to get curtain bangs, my hairdresser was very attentive, sweet and made me feel very comfortable that I was in safe hands.
