Najoua was amazing and very kind. She did a fantastic job with my hair, I will be back to visit her. However, my arrival was a bit unwelcoming. I had an appointment for 9 and the salon did not open until after 9 and the lady on reception was not very polite or welcoming. Did not even apologise for keeping me waiting or even say hello! She just asked if I had an appointment then said sit down.

It's just terrible! Absolutely terrible! It didn't work out at all what my daughter asked for. It doesn't even look like what she wanted. Besides, her hair was cropped unevenly. And it can't be fixed because they're cut too short. My daughter cried for 2 days. Disgusting.
