My haircut experience was fantastic and my comments were well considered. I was listened to and checked in with regularly about if I was comfortable and happy with the cut, this open feedback channel meant I got the haircut I came in hoping for and was very pleased with the result after being very nervous to get curtain bangs, my hairdresser was very attentive, sweet and made me feel very comfortable that I was in safe hands.

I had my haircut by Najoua. I had the Ladies wash, cut & moisture boost treatment. Najoua is an excellent stylist, she was very welcoming & friendly, and made you feel comfortable throughout, and gave great advice. I was very happy with my haircut. Thank you.

I didn’t feel like she listened to me at all. A lot more was cut off than I had wanted. I stated no layers and during the haircut she started sectioning and to create layers, too which I had no too state no. My hair was also left wet underneath, she could not be bothered to finish it off. I won’t be returning. I’m also so upset that I feel I have lost my identity by her taking to much off the length of my hair, for me it is so short.
