I had an appointment at Supercuts the other day. I went for wash, cut and blow dry. Karmen (my stylist) had so attention to detail. She is a perfectionanist. I told i have a wedding the next day and she styled my hair accordingly. I would defintely recommend supercuts for all hair cuts and specifycally Karem.

The haircut was very good but I was extremely cross and disappointed to be forced to pay an additional £4 on top of the £48 I had already paid in advance because the stylist claimed I had booked the wrong length hair cut ( Bob v shoulder). This was compounded by the fact that I was the only customer when I left in the shop and could have booked a last minute cut for less than already paid. Not created a good impression for my first visit - total lack of flexibility and customer focus.

Lovely atmosphere created by Najoua not only for the client but such warm exchanges with her staff. The cut and blow dry transformed my look to amazing new me and the good vibes I soaked in while there so made my day.
