Karmen always provides the best service. I always get nervous about my hair being cut too short, but with Karmen I know I am in safe hands. She has a friendly personality, and is very polite and knowledgeable. The end to end experience was pleasant. Both the cut and the blow dry were amazing, I got so many comments after! Worst experience ever. Iram poked, prodded and scratched me with her nails. Despite explaining I have cervical spine disease and cannot keep my chin almost touching my chest, she repeatedly demanded “head down,” causing painful neck spasms. She made nasty comments about how little hair I had left and how damaged it was, then refused the haircut included in my prepaid package. I’ve always been complimented on my hair. I left humiliated, traumatised and in pain.
