Not much interation or making someone feel seen. kept having to move seats for no reason. lack of communication to say okay so this need to be left on for X time as the lady just disappeared and then started doing someone elses hair, Someone else then washed my hair then another perosn took over then Diana then took over so i had 3 different people to wash my hair.
Long wait when you get hair dye as well, no magazines or drinks offered. Also the hair dye didnt really take on my front greys..
