Although the stylist was nice and friendly I was not happy with my hair colour results. The manager and other stylist were consulted prior to mixing the colour but between them all No-one could do what I asked. It's a real shame as I came out with worse hair colour than when I went in. A real waste of time and money. Would not go back. Why can't they give the customer what customer desires rather than what they think is nice?
