overall the experience was confusing. The engagment I had with Cami, she was kind. However, I wanted mid-length with layers and I was left with a bob cut. Because of how nice she was talking to me, I think she got distracted with what I wanted for my hair (showed too) and kept cutting away. I won’t be coming back unfortunately as i was upset and i’ve never experienced anything like this in my hair getting messed up. It’s hard when the hair came out bad but the stylist was really nice.

Lorainne was very welcoming and made me feel relaxed even though she was being tested. She took a lot of care over what I said I wanted and made sure my hair was not too short at the back. I would definitely request Lorainne as a stylist again.
