Sam was amazing. No pressure, listened to what I wanted, didn't force me to do anything I didn't want to like most hairdressers do. Also gave me advise with how to look after my hair better which I truly appreciated.

I am very happy with my hair cut. Sam did a great job to create a haircut I wanted. She was very attentive, listened to what I wanted, and was super sweet. Most definitely I will be visiting ilford supercuts again and will request for Sam again. I think she is marvellous and skill-full at what she does. My sisters recommended me to get my haircut done from Sam and I am glad that it was up to the standards I was looking for. 🙌🏼

DONT GO HERE I wasn’t assigned wally in the beginning- the First Lady washed my hair and when she went to blow dry it she didn’t use the right products to give a bouncy curly blow dry. Instead she BLAMES my hair texture. At this point an hour goes by - she’s used hair straightens and blow drier WITHOUT heat protectant but couldn’t curl my hair and blames my hair texture. I was late to an event because it took 2 hours longer than it should have.
THEY DIDNT EVEN COMPENSATE OR GIVE ME A DISCOUNT
