I was extremely nervous about the haircut due to a prior bad experience. Sam was reassuring and took her time to cut my hair, ensuring it was close to the reference photo. The salon itself wasn't very tidy - understandably, they were busy. Overall, it was genuinely not as relaxing an experience as I had hoped.
