I went in to get a graduated bob for my daughter, I showed her a video that showed every angle, she then abruptly told me that she knows about this haircut. I attempted to show her the video again and another picture as it was evident that she wasn’t giving me the same haircut, she then condescending said that I would achieve the look if I blow dried her hair. I showed the manager the end result and he agreed she did not so what I asked for, from the onset she was rude and unfriendly. Avoid.

Wally is an amazing hairdresser. She really put me at ease and did a fantastic job on my hair. She made sure to fully understand exactly what I wanted done before she started. She is also very friendly and has a nice, calming presence
