My kid wants to grow long hair. We thought to shape it. Tom was very friendly and suggested to wait for 6 weeks. We requested Tom to remove few hairs in the back neck and below the ears. He happily did in one minute.
But the receptionist charged me £9.5, for this simple thing, which I feel too much.
