Wasn’t happy with the outcome of a toning session last week, so the receptionist kindly (and swiftly) booked me in for a re-do. Syed was very considerate and allowed the toner to marinate for longer than I had expected, leaving me with the finish I originally came in for. Thank you both! Will definitely be coming back to get my hair dyed by Syed.

Najoua went above and beyond to provide the best customer service and made my girl feel at easy as she is just 4 years old and is very scared or haircuts. Not only she made her at ease she made me feel comfortable and I really appreciate how you handled her with kindness and patience.
