Called beforehand to see available appointments and told many slots available.Booked online through TW to pay after the haircut.Online said £32 but when we got there was told my hairdresser doesn’t have enough time to cut as well as dry and to chose.Really needed a cut so opted for that.She told me it was £42 for the cut so I said okay as I thought I booked the wrong one.Checked later and it wasn’t. Haircut was lovely but didn’t understand why on TW it was £32 for wash, cut &dry and had to £42.
