Booked a wash & haircut for son however hair was not washed as stylist said she forgot.Stylist said she could not blend hair in.When we came home we noticed the cut was totally uneven and we now have to book elsewhere to get the hair fixed before my son returns to Navy barracks.Total waste of money.We were also made to wait a long time for our appointment which got moved two times n still made to wait longer. If stylist cannot cut men’s hair then this should be made clear. Very upset customer.

Chan was wonderful she made me feel comfortable while getting my hair cut. I usually find it difficult visiting hair salons as I wear hearing aids but Chan made feel so relaxed and calm. Amazing customer service :)
