From the start, the receptionist was quite rude, instead of greeting me in a weclomimg manner, she mentioned I was 5 mins late. Emy was friendly but she barely cut my hair, the haircut felt rushed and didn't look very different by the end.

Zara was friendly, took time and took care in doing my hair. She cut it the same way as i wanted and showed. She was wonderful asking me if i was okay. I love my hair cut so thank you.
