Very disappointing experience. We waited 25 minutes, which is unacceptable with young children. The stylist seemed inexperienced, took far too long, and still delivered poor results. My youngest daughter’s haircut is badly uneven. We paid for two haircuts and left feeling upset and frustrated. It also put a real dampener on a family celebration afterwards.

Hairdresser did not understand what i wanted. Even though i had explained to her my child wanted a long bob.
She was very friendly but cut my daighters hair too short and even blowdried it wrong. Both my child and me were very unhappy. But we didnt want to make a scene. So left very dissapointed.
Clearly this hairdresser is a trainee and not qualified to do childrens haircuts. I have also been told by other friends of her incapability after my visit.
