I have been many times to have my daughters hair cut and have always been happy with the result. however this time I went for myself, just to have my curtain bangs trimmed. I feel like it was rushed, I am so disappointed. I have been left with an uneven outgrown fringe instead of just a curtain bang trim. I can’t even fix it because it’s too short. The hairdresser did not listen to what I asked and messed up my curtain bangs. Now I’ll have to grow them out for a few months.

Shay is a lovely stylist but she's got focus more carefully while colouring hair as on Monday l nearly got colour in my right eye and even though Shay told me not to touch l being worried l did touch and stained my right thumb.
I like her but next time l would prefer Zara as she has coloured my hair before twice.
