She aint had any idea what she us doing, did exactly opposite than what I requested , she kept on pulling my hair while blow dry, in short not satisfied at all.I normallyNever give anyone bad reviews but the worst part was when she asked me to pay extra £10 as my hair are very long- instead of deducting £10 she deducted £15 from my card without even notifying me. As i was getting very late for work i disnt check at that time but later on when i got a vhance to see my transactions i was shocked.

Not a fan of the overall service/experience, Jas splashed water all over my face when washing the hair and burnt my scalp a few times when blow drying. Also not a fan of the overall cut as it seems uneven and unbalanced and I’ll have to get it fixed.
