I went 2nd time for a dry layers hair cut and the staff (claire) told me she can not do layers in dry hairs. I booked with her because she had a good rating. But very disappointed she just trimmed my hairs in full price. I pre booked but still waited for 15,20 minutes.
Not recommending.

Received an absolutely fabulous new "do" from Shay. Exceeded my expectations, even given all the terrible DIY treatment that I'd subjected my hair to. Will definitely be returning to upkeep the wonderful job she did. Great atmosphere and cheerful staff :)
