It was a very bad experience for me.The messge I received was different from the one in your system.
I was on the time i recieved that made my appointment cancelled.I came a long way for this but really disappointed will never come to this salon and the customer service is very bad.

I love this salon. All the stylists are friendly and professional. Chan made me feel special and is super-talented at her skill.
Hair Colouring
Freda got the job done but distracted. Stopped mid way through my haircut to deal with walk-ins off the street - twice. I wouldn't go back and if I did, it would have to be with another stylist - who is less foccussed on what's going in inside the shop rather than focusing on a client. I only selected Freda based on a previous review but she didnt live up to expectations. My haircut was rushed at the end due to another client.
Overall, I left with a haircut of sorts but not really impressed.
