Ferda has cut my hair a few times and she always does an excellent job. Great attention to detail and cuts it how I want it. Highly recommend.

The lady who cut my hair was very friendly and polite however the haircut itself wasnt satisfactory. I mentioned im trying to grow my hair and want no more than an inch cut off but atleast 2 inches was cut off the total length.the style i wanted cut was the same as what i already had but just a tidier version but the hairstylist had end up cutting too much off the face framing which then led to her even cutting more hair off the length to connect it to rest of the hair

I didn’t get the service I paid for and would like a refund, the venue changed the timing of my appointment last minute by over half an hour
