Liked her approach when she carefully started cutting only shorter length while asking whether it’s the right length or gradually go shorter. Very friendly and talkative.

Not great - very rushed and I didn’t receive my moisture boost that I had paid for. Staff didn’t take any time in properly rinsing my hair and felt it was just a very quick service. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I had to ask for serum after a wash to just give it some sort of volume or shine, this is normally a part of the substandard hair service.
