I asked for light / medium brown toner similar to what I had before. The add on toner applied is quite dark quite similar to my natural hair. The hair dresser showed little interest in colour picking probably because she had lack of colour knowledge. I regret getting it done. Hair was not blow dried afterwards either. I went in with straight ironed hair, came out with messy air dried hair. The whole salon was very dirty. Waste of money. Will not recommend to anyone.

I was fortunate enough to get an appointment with Chan who was amazing. She did an incredible job with my hair (I'm a new mum, first haircut since being pregnant and having baby!) She was so friendly and put me at ease, even gave me the best blowdry I've ever had! Best pamper session. Highly recommend and will def be back again! X
