The lady I had originally booked was not in and they did not let me know. They asked me to come in later than my appointment time so I did. They then asked me to wait an extra 20 minutes when I arrived at the salon. It would of been nice if they just told me that the lady I had booked was not in so I could re-schedule as the appointment felt rushed. Valentina still did a good job, she was very sweet.

Good experience...I arrived early and was seen early. Valentina was lovely. Only improvement that could be made is that the stylist next to me kept asking Valentina how long she would be as there had been some kind of mix up with the appointments. Valentina did not let this phase her and continued professionally without rushing. But I thought the other stylist should not have told her repeatedly to hurry up as I am a paying customer too, don't want to feel rushed! Valentina was lovely though
