Sha was really lovely! She only took off the amount I asked, and checked twice with me that the amount she was cutting was okay. My haircut came out great, love it :)
Only thing I would say is that the salon itself had a bit of hair on the floor. I didn't really have a clean spot to place my bag

I was kept waiting for twenty minutes even though I had an appointment. This situation is not helped by the stylists having to stop and take phone calls, greet walk ins and process payments. All while the manager sat out the back on his computer. Surely customer service should come first with management. Stylists need to be able to give clients all thier attention. It would have been less annoying if that spare pair of hands hadn't of been in the shop at all. My haircut was excellent.
