The service is great for the money. Only issue was that they called me an hour before my appointment to ask if I could come 10 minutes earlier. I tried to call back but no answer, I wasn't going to sit there on hold. I turned up early but was told to come back later. My haircut was not on time. They also definitely need a receptionist. Your stylist constantly going to answer the phone or greet customers 8s nor great. Again for the £23 I paid I was very happy with my cut.

I went supercuts for first time to cut my hairs when i arrived they told me the staff is not here who supposed to cut your hairs. I got very disappointed. I requested for other staff to cut my hairs and they refused events ough salon was not very busy. Did not had good experience on first time.
