I arrived a little early to my appointment and was told that they were running behind which is fine, but I then had to wait approx an hour from the time that my appointment was booked until I was seen which was quite frustrating. I understand these things happen but it would have been helpful to have been contacted earlier to say there would be delays or to reschedule as it made me run behind on the rest of my day. My wash cut and blow dry was great however and my stylist was pleasant.
