First, she suggested a suitable root tint which balance with rest of my whole hair colour and she did perfectly and cut, blow dry with beautiful curls. I like her skills.

My main issue was that as I was explaining the haircut I wanted and particular issues with my hair, after the stylist asked me, she then kept talking over me. I had to ask a couple of times for her to let me finish speaking. The end product was okay, but not exactly what I wanted.
