I have paid £12.76 but not received the service for the price i have paid. In website it mentioned Supercuts has experienced professionals and they will help in style suitable for me. This is the main reason i have chosen Supercuts. They are not suitable for gents hair cut. The service i received in Supercuts not worth it.
Even though i booked in advance they said when i went to shop clippers not available and come on next day. This is not a expected service.

It was my first time dyeing my hair, I chose the balayage package.
My hairdresser, Zara, was welcoming and happy to explain the process to me. She gave her experienced opinion about the colour choice, but still respected my own decision. This I really appreciated as more often than not, other hairdressers I have been to really try to impose their own decisions.
I am really happy with the service and the end product. My hair is exactly how I wanted it to be (a subtle dark brown balayage).
