My cut was brilliant and my stylist was very friendly! The man on reception had no idea to how to use the system he could not find my booking i had to find my booking myself on your system that I’ve never used before and found it within seconds I had 2 people booked in for a cut and blow dry with both app started half an hour later then the time. We was not informed of this an we spent a good 3 hours there! Customers were left standing around because he was in costa or just really really slow!
Considering this was the first day of opening after lock down and they all had the protective gear on and so much to deal with I think Supercuts did a cracking job. It can’t be easy wearing all those sweating covering and gloves and trying to cut hair. My hairdresser was lovely and understood exactly what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I asked for. Really pleased. The only thing was that she pulled on my hair quite roughly when washing, towel drying and even blow drying. Aside for that she was great and I’d definitely return. The cost of the haircut jumped up once in checkout too by around £5 which was a little surprising but I understand the reasons why this might have happened and I was happy to pay!
