Good, supportive staff, always chat about your hair and what you want before they start, talk you through each step. Generally very clean, but left 3 stars because the floor had had some left over cut hair from previous customers and didn't want to put my bag and belongings on the floor but had no choice. Have been to other hairdressers where they clean and wipe the chair and areas after each customer (esp. After Covid, basic hygiene). Third time here, prices are reasonable.

I went 2nd time for a dry layers hair cut and the staff (claire) told me she can not do layers in dry hairs. I booked with her because she had a good rating. But very disappointed she just trimmed my hairs in full price. I pre booked but still waited for 15,20 minutes.
Not recommending.
