Claire was great. However, my appointment was booked for 2pm and i was seen after 3pm. Waited over an hour which I thought was inconvenient a heads up by phone would have been good before i arrived.
Nonetheless, Claire was very apologetic and I understand it was not her fault. Just a bit more communication would have been good.

Booked with Shay but I had to change the time of my appointment so Claire did my hair instead. First time she had done it but I would have no hesitation booking her again. She was very friendly and welcoming. She gave me a wonderful relaxing head massage while washing my hair. Great cut, shorter than I was planning but I like it!
