When entering they aren’t very welcoming or friendly. The lady cut too much off and made it a lot shorter than I wanted. Never asked once if the length was okay or if I was happy. The front of my hair was uneven as well and had to fix this at home. Instead of asking of how I wanted it blow dryed she just blow-dryed it straight.

Had half a head of highlights cut and blowdry with Ferda on Saturday. My hair looks lovely and I
really enjoyed my time at Supercuts Ilford. Ferda is a great hairdresser and a lovely person too. This salon has got something special. There is a nice atmosphere and all the staff are ready to help you. That's why I always go there they have something that's hard to find in other salons.
