After 3 years of growing my hair, I came to cut my hair for donation for the first time at Supercuts. All the staff working that day were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable from the beginning as I was super nervous. Ferda was absolutely amazing as she handled my hair with so much care and I'm so so happy with the haircut. I sent videos to my friends and they have all planned to go to the same salon. Thank you to Supercuts Ilford, I'll definitely recommend everyone to go there!

On arrival, if I’m completely honest, the staff didn’t look that happy and this made me feel a little uncomfortable at first. But to my surprise, when I met Clair my hair stylist, I felt at ease straight away. She was really lovely and listened to what I wanted. She was attentive and reassured me with my choice of hair style and made me feel relaxed. She did a lovely job of cutting and blow drying my hair. It did not feel rushed and I would definitely visit that salon again and ask for Claire!
