I booked a haircut for 11.30am, turned up at the place only to find a notice on the door saying staff training. I don’t understand why I was even able to book if Supercuts where not open. Super annoyed as I travelled 20 min with my child for his haircut.
At the very least a phone call to cancel the appt would have been courteous. I have visited before and was very happy with Chan who cut my daughters hair it’s a shame the booking system/cancellation this time was wack
Ferda was very kind and considerate to my situation as I am hard of hearing. I realised after I left that I paid for head massage too and I don’t think I received this so I am quite disappointed about that as I paid a fair bit of money.

- Paid 31 pounds for 55 min treatment got a rushed 20 min cut. 5 min wash, 10 min cut and 8 min blow dry
- Was seen 40 min late
- Chan was talking more to previous client than doing her hair therefore the delay
- Constantly moaning and complaining about how long their day has been
- hair was smelling burnt
- talking to her partner on the phone mid way doing my hair
- did not receive my treatment that I paid for
