I've been here twice before and been happy. I won't go back. No waterproof was put over my shoulder during shampoo so my clothes were soaked down my back. The short layered cut was a clear inch longer one side of my face than the other. Had to trim it at home.

Liked her approach when she carefully started cutting only shorter length while asking whether it’s the right length or gradually go shorter. Very friendly and talkative.
