Loved the look Zara created. I was there early at 10am on Thursday 30th Jan 2020 and the place was clean. Both stylists Zara and Ferda were great and made me feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and Zara took a lot of time over my hair and styling it just right. Both very efficient and very friendly. They also really know what they are doing. 5 out of 5 stars from me x

I wanted a balayage but left with something completely different. Two people ended up working on my hair and miscommunicated about what I wanted. Ended up with my full head bleached when I wanted a balayage. I then had to get my roots dyed, all of this caused extra damage to my hair that I wasn’t prepared for. The hair cut was also bad, my side fringe were cut one level and the feathers I asked for are very blunt and choppy. Terrible and stressful experience but they did try to mend it
