Not great - very rushed and I didn’t receive my moisture boost that I had paid for. Staff didn’t take any time in properly rinsing my hair and felt it was just a very quick service. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I had to ask for serum after a wash to just give it some sort of volume or shine, this is normally a part of the substandard hair service.

Didn’t have the hairdresser I’d actually booked with. At the time I’d thought the cut was okay as I couldn’t really see the back...well, I’ll be wearing a hat for a while since the back of my hair was cut super high.
