I had Zara she was great.. nothing was too much trouble even when I wanted to cut more off half way! She has attention for detail and she doesn’t rush even when theirs people waiting.
I got there and my appointment had been cancelled. Though I received an email from supercuts saying they had added a service which I didn't want they failed to reply to my replies. Getting there I'm told they had called me several times for me to come for patch test. I'm deaf!! Why not email me like they had re extra service or even text like I got reminders even on the day I had the appointment. Incompetent beyond the pale. No refund could be made either at that point and I'm still waiting.
