I had arrived on time and had to wait for my hair stylist for 20mins plus. After arriving I had explained her what exactly I needed and the colours. She was really aggressive with my hair. She nearly pulled most of my hair out & she cut doubled the amount ove asked her to do. The colours was completely opposite to what I've asked. Black and gray. When I've just simply asked for blond. She spent 6 hrs on my hairs and she charged me doubled the amount. The worst experience very experience.

All the staff at Supercuts Ilford were friendly and polite. My son had his haircut and the stylist Codi was professional and efficient. I had my haircut there last year and was very happy with the service I received. I will definitely go to Supercuts again and would highly recommend their salon!
