So I had my appointment with Ferda for a Shampoo, Supercut, Blowdry, Head massage and Bonding treatment as per the booking, what I get instead is a shampoo, cut and blow dry. The lady did a decent job for the cut, no complaints in her hair dressing skills but they were average at best. I've had so much better cuts at other contemporaries. I get it that price is the difference but I'd rather pay the price and get quality than be duped. They falsely advertise their service - at least in my case. To the worst of my nightmare , I waited 10 min for the lady to bill me because she said she's reducing the cost as I never had the massage or treatment. 10 min later she goes, they were included in the wash. I hate when services do that, I'm not an idiot and especially when you know people leave reviews for your services. This was the last I'm going to Supercuts, especially in Ilford. I almost thought treatwell was included too, however I acknowledge they only act as mode of advertisement. But all the same, liars should be called off. Next time I'm happy to pay Toni and guy their price but at least I get what they say.

Although they were running late because of a sick therapist. She was really lovely. My hair doesn't curl very well she really tried with the blow dry and I'm really happy with the cut. Will come again :)
