Firstly, they saw me 30 mins late. When I asked her when my child will be seen she said oh I’m putting her in the system which it should have been done. Secondly, I asked for a bob and said the length I want, so how does my child’s hair look uneven from the from and back. When I asked she said I’m going to fix the back and when I replied but the back is the length I asked for so why is the front shorter. She ignored me. She complained that my child’s hair is difficult to cut but She did not cry.

I had to wait a bit too long despite I had booked an appointment. However Chan was amazing, so friendly and she did an excellent job!
