Good all round experience. Zara cut my hair just as I had asked. The salon was getting busy but she stayed focused. I will return to this salon for a cut but I should point out that the prices for foils is the most expensive I've come across so will probably go elsewhere for that.

The customer services could improve. My daughter and I waited outside for about half an hour and we were not asked to wait inside even though there was seating. But due to Covid we followed their advice and waited outside. The manager didnt even apologise for the delay. But my hair stylist was good and my daughter loved her hair cut.

My cut was brilliant and my stylist was very friendly! The man on reception had no idea to how to use the system he could not find my booking i had to find my booking myself on your system that I’ve never used before and found it within seconds I had 2 people booked in for a cut and blow dry with both app started half an hour later then the time. We was not informed of this an we spent a good 3 hours there! Customers were left standing around because he was in costa or just really really slow!
