Asked for many layers and a U shape, even showed the lady a reference picture and she seemed to understand. Came home to find 0 layers, all of my hair was the same length, even after looking for 1 hr couldn’t find any layers🤦♀️ anthe U shape was non-existent. Very disappointed with my final result and my hair came out looking worse that before the haircut. The lady was lovely but didn’t show any skill whatsoever. Overall I am very disappointed and definitely would not recommend

Zara was very good and patience. I had a good customer service I have been using Supercuts ilford since last year. I like the brightness of the salon looks welcoming.
