When i booked it, the description said wash, cut, hydrating treatment and blow dry. Not sure if the hydrating treatment was even done. The lady (zara) I who cut my hair was distracted by her daughter. I was not happy with the blow dry as i always look forward to that bit. My hair was quite damaged and needed a good trim but I was not overly impressed. The customer before me had such a nice haircut and her hair looked great after the blow dry. When mine was done it just looked fluffy and not even straight. There was hardly much style to it. Romford supercuts is alot better. Always stressful trying new hairdressers. My mums haircut was good and styled nicely but she had a different hairdresser to me. Also the daughter of my hairdresser she had her hair washed and blow dried by the same lady who done my mums hair and her hair looked shiny and straight when blow dried.

Ferda who cut my hair was welcoming, polite and professional. She clearly has the experience and I was completely happy with the result however, I am not convinced that it makes good business sense for there to be only one person on duty. Ferda appeared uncomfortable with having to keep leaving her client (me) to answer the phone and deal with customers looking for an appointment. Enforcing this inadequate staffing structure tells me that management do not value the customer or the employee.

I had my very long hair cut and styled by Ferda. She was extremely professional, and explained what she was doing step by step as she expertly washed, conditioned, cut and blow-dried my hair. The salon itself was very clean and all staff were friendly. I am so pleased with the result and would 100% recommend! I received numerous compliments after the cut, thanks Ferda!
