Zara was really polite and welcoming, did a great job. Love my haircut. And indeed warm personality.
Only one minus that everything took longer than I expected as Zara was left alone to manage all the place by herself. And logically one person can not do and treatment and answer the phone and deal with walk'ins. So 4 stars only for bad managment, but not Zara.
