I had a thai massage, although I was expecting a traditional thai massage fully clothed with lots of manipulations etc I wasn't disappointed.
I had an oil massage with some stretches added in, I have alot of tension in my back, legs and face so Supha really went to work on those areas leaving me a bit sore. My next visit won't be as painful as there should hopefully be alot less tension and I will have a relaxing rub down.
