I've always struggled to find anyone who can provide a firm massage but you can definite feel the massage working! I've got heavily knotted shoulders and I'm feeling improvement after 2 visits - I will definitely keep up with at least monthly appointments. This is a Thai/Deep Tissue massage, so Supha will wash your feet beforehand and stretch you afterwards. Be prepared to undress to underwear ad receive a firm massage :)

I have never had a Thai massage or deep tissue massage before, so didn't know what to expect. Most of it was nice, but some parts were painful and not relaxing. I was quite sore the next day, but was told to expect this. However, the massage lasted an hour and was reasonably priced, and i did feel the benefits of it after.

I will recommend supha to to anyone who needs a very good massage she is fantastic best massage I've ever had even my bad knee is so much better now I did not do your star rating but she gets five stars all the way I will regularly use Sopha
