Fabulous massage again by Supha, I have been so tense and she worked hard at easing the tightness.

I'm recuperating from an injury in the summer which required a lot of bed rest. Good for my recovery, but not much good for my back, shoulder and neck muscles which needed a thorough 'going over'. My massage was deep as I requested and after a couple of hours there was a noticeable improvement in my upper flexibility and arm range. Altogether a very professional and satisfying massage.
