Supha was very knowledgable and professional. I have years of built up tension, and suffer with terrible neck & shoulder pain, and although it isn’t totally cured after one session, I can safely say so much of the pain is gone! The massage itself was quite painful, with very firm pressure applied but that was exactly what I needed and as Supha says no pain no gain! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend.
