Saima was very nice, thorough, and knowledgable! I got a quick 30 minute facial before heading to work. It was really relaxing. It consisted of cleansing, deep tissue massage, a face mask, and moisturizing. Totally worth the £18!

My nails are messy and uneven (including paint on my skin). The tools weren’t cleaned between uses and were old/dirty. She didn’t even wash her hands. Save your money
