Place was quite dirty. Took 1.5 hrs to have shellac removed so not enough time to have my eyelash tint or fake tan done which I paid for but was not offered a refund however I would be nervous having skin or eye treatment here so decided to just leave it and let them keep the money. No music just a ticking clock and silence for a whole two hours where I got a gel manicure and all nails apart from one had broken within a week as well as application being patchy. The nail tools were also rusty which can’t be safe and she insulted the manicure I had previously had. How are these people in business? Makes me nervous to use Treatwell to be honest I would imagine they would vet the places they recommend somewhat?
