Saima was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. I was quite nervous, as I hadn't had a wax in a while, but she was very experienced and it was (almost!) painless.

It was fine, everything you’d expect from a pedicure but not thorough on dead skin and by the time I’d got home the polish had smudged, despite sitting with it under a cold fan for 20+ minutes. I paid for luxury but not sure what made it different to a normal pedicure. Saima seemed very nice though.
