Really dissatisfied. Was only a file and polish so was just after the basics done right. Nails weren't filed properly so I had jagged edges and they felt rough. Polish wasn't done well with obvious uneven bits and on some nails only one coat was done. I pointed out at each step that I was unhappy with elements but was told different excuses why that 'happens with nails' and it wasn't gone over. The lady was so I feel bad that the job was such a poor one. It chipped the next day on more than one finger, so I would have been better off doing them myself. As I only needed them to last 3 days for a brunch extremely disappointed that they didn't hold. Get what you pay for here.
