Saima is great, she's welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. Perfect hollywood wax and she is a master in doing eyebrows.

The Eyebrow threading was done well, but a bit aggressively meaning that it was more painful than usual.
The Eyebrow tinting was too dark, I asked for a natural look (I am pale skinned) and the therapist used brown and black tint, however I asked for what she thought was best so did not challenge this. However the look produced was not natural looking.
The eyelash tinting was good, however the dye was removed aggressively and painful cleaning solutions entered my eyes leaving blury vision for 20 minutes.
Overall I'd rate the experience as slightly below average.

Best wax ever, honestly. Amazing staff. Was initially taken by surprise by the style of waxing. But It was over so fast and It was by far the least painful wax I’ve ever had. I recommend to everyone!
