At first hair stylist was late not for long but have to wait outside of the salon what wasn't pleasant at all. No apologies and no hello. made me feel very unwelcome. I was asked to go straight to the washing my hair without even looking at my hair or asking what I would like to do. Start washing hair with ice cold water and adjusted it only after my request. I was even asked where I'm from what I found very rude. The haircut itself was just ok. She asked what I want and followed .
