I arrived on time and Susan was ready so I did not need to wait. She was very friendly as I enjoyed having conversations with her. Susan listened to me and provided me with a lovely hair trim and style. She was very thorough and ensured I was happy with the outcome. I will be going back next time I'm in need of a haircut.

I don't usually leave reviews... However, I feel compelled to do so here because my experience at this salon was so poor. I wasn't made to feel particularly welcome when I arrived and there wasn't much friendliness during my appointment either. I felt quite awkward the whole time I was there - would have been more bearable if my hair was being cut well, but it wasn't. Really am disappointed with my hair. A waste of £20 and needless to say I won't be going back!
