My appointments with Justine are always an absolute pleasure. She is the ultimate professional and remembers much detail about me (and my hair) as long term client over many years. She is totally passionate about what she does, is caring and attentive and always able to give lots of sound of advice and tips.

Really unhappy with my haircut. I asked specifically for long layers and she started cutting these at the level of the top of my ears. Too late to stop once that begins but not impressed at all.
