It was great to be back and my hair needed help....Thank you Julie!
Due to the times we are all in and having to get used to our new normal I thought the salon did very well, although social distancing needs to be a little tighter especially on arrival. On the whole you did a good job. You might want to try adding masks under the face visors for your staff to offer better PPE protection.

Julie always knows just what I want, and cuts my hair really well. Lovely salon, friendly staff and appropriate measures have been put in place for the re-opening to protect staff and customers.

-I find the spiral stairs to the upper area of salon not easy as i have mobility issues. I think when booking it should be made clear if going upstairs is required and a choice given to customers
-The colourist put a lot of dye on my hair and the colour ran out. I was worried about the outcome during the treatment and will not return.
-In my opinion, I did get enough consultation time to discuss the new colour put on my hair and i was not happy with the outcome.

Great friendly atmosphere despite it being the first week after reopening. All very safe with sanitiser, visors and aprons for all staff and the clients wearing face coverings. Stations were wiped after use. Liz was great and listened to what I wanted. Lovely to be back.
