I wasn't sure what to expect as it was a slightly out of the way location, but was pleasantly surprised. Claire was lovely, professional and keen to make sure the massage was to your individual liking. I've recommended Claire to friends from this experience.

I have been going to Claire for years - long before she moved to Trio but moved with her to Trio because of the standards of her service, her flexibility and friendliness combined with professionalism. On top of that her prices are very competitive - I would thoroughly recommend her.
Very professional facial. Great face massage. Claire provided me with useful advice on dealing with my problematic skin. I will be coming back. Ambience could have been slightly better - therapy room too close to the hair salon section.

I have lost count with the number of years that Claire has been my therapist for treatments.
Claire is a very professional lady and there are a number of things I think she does that separates her from others. She totally recognises that your treatment is your "you time" and makes huge efforts to make the treatment special .... very often going over time to ensure you go out of the door feeling good ! She also always asks how your skin/ nails/ body have been and wants to understand what you want/ need from your treatment that day - she does not go straight into routine process. I would highly recommend Claire
