Had an excellent sports massage with Hitanshu – he really knows his stuff! My shoulders were incredibly tight going in, but he managed to loosen them up with just the right pressure and technique. I left feeling so much lighter on my feet and far more relaxed overall. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who can properly work out those knots while still making it a calming experience. Will definitely be booking again!

Fantastic sports massage, although yes, it hurt due to the knots in the muscle, Hitanshu was able to pinpoint the issue and work to resolve it quickly. My shoulder pain was almost gone after 1 session and combined with stretches Hitanshu suggested, I'm not longer waking in pain in the night after only 2 treatments . Have already booked further treatments.

The swedish massage was perfect. Paris sorted out the knots and made my shoulder feel less tight. Paris commumicated to me all way through and reassured about the pressure which i really liked. Highly recommended. Clean, professional. Room was warm and nicely lit for the relaxation massage. This is my third time coming all way from Birmingham, and can definetly trust this service and preferences for the massage are heard and acknowledged and it is tailored to your requirements

Absolutely great deep tissue massage. Paris is clearly very knowledgable and worked out a lot of knots in my back, some that I didn’t even know were there until he found them! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a deep tissue/ sports type massage

Swedish Sports Massage is in a commercial area at Flexspace on Burley Road. Not far from the city centre and free parking at all times. Hitanshu is a qualified level 4 sports therapist. Hitanshu is a level 3 personal trainer and Nutritionist (MSc). Additionally, he has received specialised training for a variety of muscles, including shoulders, back, glutes, and legs. Hitanshu is the person you need to see if you regularly exercise in the gym and require maintenance treatment or if you need to focus on a particular muscle for aches and pains.

In addition to treating pain, Hitanshu offers a Swedish relaxing massage in his studio. The dim lighting, soft background relaxing music, and soft linen, is what you prefer with somebody who has a knowledge of relaxing massage and sports massage then look no further.
