Decided to try somewhere new for a firm massage to target knotted areas and was pleasantly surprised by the good service. The atmosphere was serene and Paris the massage therapist was professional, focussed, and sensitive.

I regularly go for sports/deep tissue massages, tried out so many different places in Leeds and by far Swedish sports massage are the best people to go to, I’ve booked in with both hitanshu and Paris, both men are very skilled at their craft and have a well rounded knowledge of the human anatomy, both were very conscientious and accommodating to your needs. throughout the massage they frequently checked to see if the pressure was okay and if the pain was tolerable. Money well spent.
