Paris was amazing. He quickly figured out the root cause from my symptoms and delivered soft tissue massage, some deeper work and stretching that left me feeling sore but like he'd addressed the problem. He'd fully explained all parts of the treatment / recovery, I felt educated - not only on what was wrong with me, but on how important it is as a 47 year old woman to maintain my back health. I felt 100% comfortable throughout - totally professional and really friendly. Have booked a follow up.
