It was my first time getting a massage of any kind. Hitanshu was thorough in explaining it all and really helped my legs in particular. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Hitanshu is a lovely friendly guy who makes you feel very comfortable. He’s very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and begins the session assessing your range of movement. The only reason I gave 4 star rather than 5 is because he is probably best suited to dealing with muscular problems or sports injuries rather than someone( like me!)
who just wanted a relaxing massage. I enjoyed the experience though and would recommend.

Great massage and stretching. Opened up my tight hip flexors and hamstrings and improved that flexibility loads. Helped a lot with my lower back pain.
